REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please review this Refund & Return Policy carefully prior to making your purchase. These policies apply to all products sold under the brand, including purchases made through https://www.giablessings.com, affiliated sales pages, and authorized third-party platforms where products are offered.

Print-on-Demand Products
Physical products sold under the brand are produced through third-party print and fulfillment partners using a print-on-demand process. Because each product is created specifically for the customer, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Digital Products
Due to the intangible nature of digital goods such as eBooks, journals, downloads, and other digital materials, all digital sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted once a digital product has been purchased or delivered.

Mixed Bundles
For bundles that include both digital and physical products, the policies for each product type apply individually. Digital items remain non-refundable, and physical items follow the print-on-demand fulfillment policy.

Damaged or Defective Items
If a physical product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, customers must contact the Company within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests must include a clear photo of the item, a photo of the packaging, the order number, and a description of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, the Company will coordinate with its fulfillment partner to provide a replacement when appropriate.

Shipping and Fulfillment
Shipping and delivery timelines are determined by fulfillment partners and shipping carriers. While the Company cannot guarantee delivery timelines, it will assist customers in resolving confirmed delivery issues whenever possible.
